Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. North Jersey Alumnae Chapter was established in 1939, the first chapter in New Jersey. The vision of NJAC is to promote exemplary public service by implementing initiatives that advance the National Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and to continually strive to host programs that have a positive impact on the communities we serve in Essex, Hudson and Union counties.
Our theme for the 62nd Annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon is Celebrating the Remarkable Resilience of Our Past and Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders. The luncheon serves as North Jersey Alumnae Chapter’s signature fundraising event to provide scholarships to high school Seniors in Essex, Hudson and Union Counties.
We will honor our recipients on a day filled with entertainment. There will be an amazing fashion show, vendors and a variety of other exciting activities.
If you are unable to attend and still want to support, please make a donation or purchase a ticket for a scholarship recipient. You can also purchase a patron or journal ad promoting your business or shout out your favorite member of North Jersey Alumnae Chapter. With our guests’ safety in mind at all times, we will follow all COVID protocols in place at the time of the luncheon. All tickets are non-refundable.
