Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. North Jersey Alumnae Chapter was established in 1939, the first chapter in New Jersey. The vision of NJAC is to promote exemplary public service by implementing initiatives that advance the National Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and to continually strive to host programs that have a positive impact on the communities we serve in Essex, Hudson and Union counties.
The 60th Annual Scholarship Benefit Luncheon celebrating Shine Bright like a Diamond: Let Your Brilliance Clear Your Path to Success, serves as North Jersey Alumnae Chapter’s signature fundraising event to provide scholarships to students who attend high school in Essex, Hudson and Union counties.
Please join us by purchasing a ticket or 2 for our 60th Scholarship Benefit Luncheon. You will have a great time, the luncheon offers opportunity to socialize with people in your community, shop at our vendors and exclusive Delta Mall, take a chance to win big money, dance the afternoon away, view stunning fashions and above all witness young people receiving scholarships for higher education.
If you are unable to attend and still want to support, please make a donation, purchase a ticket for a scholarship recipient, or submit a journal ad promoting your business or shout out your favorite member of North Jersey Alumnae Chapter. With our guests’ safety in mind at all times, all attendees are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours prior to the event for entry. Mask wearing is required. All ticket sales are non-refundable.
